Mr. Fagan returned to Phillips Haffey, where he interned while attending the University of Montana School of Law, completing his J.D. in 2004. He came to Missoula after earning his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Nevada, Reno. After law school, he pursued his interests in conservation and land use issues, as project manager for Five Valleys Land Trust, followed by real estate transactions experience as the Missoula branch operator for the Bozeman-based farm and ranch brokerage, Fay Ranches, Inc. Called back to the practice of law, he joined the firm of Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, where his practice centered on commercial and civil litigation, as well as real estate and transactional matters.

Mr. Fagan’s practice will continue to include real estate law and transactional matters, construction disputes, commercial, civil and business litigation, and insurance defense.

A member of the State Bar of Montana and Western Montana Bar Associations, he is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in Montana.

Mr. Fagan proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Westslope Chapter of Trout Unlimited. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, skiing, whitewater rafting, and spending time outdoors with his family.
